Abstract: We put forward higher requirements on the performance of the shock absorber oil with theexpanding application and increasingly harsh conditions of shock absorber. Sinopec lubricant company has developed an excellentAS SAF shock absorber oil which can be used in railway locomotives and Subway trains.We compare the performance of the SAF AS shock absorber oil with the main foreign brand prod-ucts through physicochemical index and bench test.
