Abstract: With respect to the high feedback rate and low service life of the sealing quality of the crane's hoist brake, analysis and improve-ments were made and a new type of brake sealing structure was designed, with simple structure, small frictional resistance during use and good sealing effect, the new sealing structure effectively solved the sealing failure of the brake, prolonged failure-free service life, and passed the actual verification of OEM.
