The Development of Embedded Combination Solenoid-valve with Compact Structure

Abstract: The embedded and combined Solenoid-valve is used in the redundancy servo-valve, and its main function is to insulate the fault redundancy of the servo-valve. The skillfully design of the oil-way in the spool and embedded and combined spool structural make the sole-noid-valve has more advantage such as structure compact、fast response、the spool moves flexible without clamping stagnation、high reliabili-ty and so on. This paper first expatiate the scheme of solenoid-valve's design, and then used AMESim and Ansoft software to build theory-model and make the simulation analysis. At last, based on the results of theoretical analysis,this solenoid-valve is designed and produced, which also through the experiment test.
