Abstract: The majority of tribometers only can conduct a single form of friction tribological test and the multifunctional tribometers are ex-pensive and their structure is complex. For solving this problem, a new type of multifunctional tribometer was designed. This tribometer with the characteristics of simple structure and low cost can carry out multiple forms of contact and movement friction and wear testing ex-periment.
