Abstract: In order to solve the key problems of equipment wear debris on-line ultrasonic testing, we study in-depth on the mechanical wear mechanism and detection technology. Furthermore, we analyze the wear debris scattering model, the processing of ultrasonic scattering sig-nal, feature extraction of ultrasonic scattering signal , intelligent recognition of wear debris and development of online ultrasonic detection system, so that we can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the follow-up research.
