Abstract: A new hydraulic transmission system based on double-stator pumps is proposed in order to reduce the reversing impact of the hy-draulic system. After expounding working principle and characteristics of the system, the hydraulic shock of the new transmission is ana-lyzed. Then a series of simulation analysis are done underAMEsim. The results show that the new circuit will not only be able to achieve a variety of pressure and speed, and the hydraulic is much smaller than the traditional circuit, which greatly improve the efficiency of the cir-cuit and has a good energy saving effect.
