Abstract: In the paper, mathematical model of control system for some electrohydraulic servo measuring system is developed, by elements (such as servo valves etc.) selection which can form different system design proposals. Test results illustrate that the optimum selection can be demonstrated from several proposals. The design and analysis method of mathematical modeling of control system is of great importance in improvement of research level, and development risk reduction.
