Abstract: This paper in view of the hydraulic support column used in the coal mine, often appear expansion of legs cylinder damage phe-nomenon, through the analysis and calculation, expounds the cause column legs cylinder of the main causes of damage, and put forward ef-fective solutions. The hydraulic control system and design of the paper technology involved, especially the design of the hydraulic con-trolled check valve, reversing valve, legs cylinder, and the key technology of manufacturing, has a certain reference value for design.
