Abstract: This article has conducted the research to hydraulic oil from the loader on black issues. After the fatigue test, 1073 hours, using II hydrogenated base oil, the hydraulic oil is still black. The hydraulic oil turns yellow and transparent after filtration, which certifies the rea-son of turning black not from hydraulic oil. Rubber tube, which contact with hydraulic oil for long time, causes the concern. Appearance of hydraulic and the composition of black filtration obtaining from high temperature oxidation and washing experiment are constant with the samples from fatigue test of loader.
