Abstract: The dimension accuracy of servo valve precision parts are strict and difficult to machine. These questions effects the performance improvement of servo valve. This paper introduces the new technology on servo valve precision parts machining process. By using these ad-vanced process methods, servo valve precision parts manufacturing level has been improved, and the servo valve performance has also been improved.
