Abstract: The fill-controlled hydraulic coupling used in water is mainly soft start device with coal scraper conveyor. The system principle of hydraulic coupling is described. The main problems and causes are analyzed on water systems. And some countermeasures to improve the re-liability of coupling are put forward,they have a certain reference value.
