Luffing Fault Treatment of Cantilever Stacker

Abstract: Because the luffing mechanism of the stacker is composed of the boom and the oil cylinders, the cylinders can retraction under the action of gravity once with the luffing out of control. Therefore the luffing of stacker has a vital role. Because the luffing of the stacker is driven by the hydraulic system, whose elements are more and complex, domestic study of luffing system of stacker is relatively rare. So this paper have adequately studied the luffing system of stacker, also accumulated a variety of experience of luffing fault treatment of the stacker in order to share them with engineers and technicians. The new technicians engaged in the work can short the time to master the stacker luff-ing system principle and deal with the problem.
