Auto-synchronized Control System of Double Gas Cylinders

Abstract: For the influence of load, friction resistance, leaking, the accuracy of form and position, etc. double gas cylinders often get out of sync. Therefore, the auto-synchronized control system of double gas cylinders has been developed, and the rod cavity of one cylinder is linked to the rod free cavity of the other in the system, and their effective working area and gas-flow rate equal each other when moving, and ensure the uniformity of the both one in the velocity and displace. If the difference of load is large, we can separately fix a sequence valve in the linked point and the exit of gas circuit, in order to improve the anti-jamming ability. Tests proved that the system works stable, and has a good synchronized performance.
