Abstract: In January 2009, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University was entrusted with the management of Beilun People's Hospiatl, which was a progressive exploration of entrusting urban big hospitals with the management of county level hospitals and created an urban-rural entrusting management medical service model with efficiency and multi-win-win results. Such kind of model was generalized in Zhejiang province. This article analyzed the entrusting management model, reform measures and effect of Beilun People's Hospital in order to provide references of further development of regional medical cooperation and promoting the establishment of hierarchical treatment system.
