Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC) in improving the use rate of identification wristband in pediatric ward.Methods A "quality control circle" group was set up. Through the theme selection, activity planning, goal setting, situation analysis, set out venipuncture process and implement it.Results The use rate of identification wristband in pediatric ward was significantly higher after carrying out QCC activities. Conclusion QCC did not only improve the use rate of identification wristbands, but also help us solve problems with scientific methods, which improved the problem-solving ability of doctors in pediatric department and enhanced the team cohesion. It is worthy of promotion.
