Abstract: Objective To explore the role of comprehensive intervention in reducing the risk behavior of psychotic patients.Method 120 cases of psychotic patients who came for treatment from January 2013 to January 2014 were included in this study. Through analyzing the factors of the risk behavior of psychotic patients and providing comprehensive intervention measures, observed the change of the incidence of risk behaviors of psychotic patients after intervention. Reviewed the case diagnosis and made accident risk assessment before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the incidence of risk behaviors of psychotic patients before comprehensive intervention, the incidence significantly decreased after intervention with statistical difference (P < 0.05). The curative effect of psychotic patients was significantly improved after intervention with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention measures can significantly reduce the incidence of risk behaviors. It plays a positive role in promoting the mental rehabilitation of psychotic patients.
