Abstract: Objective To discuss the effect of self-management health education on patients with bladder cancer.Methods 140 cases of patients with bladder cancer were included in the study, in which 70 cases in the control group were treated with routine care, while 70 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-management health education. Compared the clinical effect of two groups.Results After the intervention, health knowledge mastery scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups. ESCA scores of patients in treatment group has been significantly improved compared with control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Self-management health education measures on patients with bladder cancer are conductive to their mastery of relevant health knowledge, correction of unhealthy living habits and behaviors and improvement of self-nursing ability so as to effectively promote their postoperative recovery, reduce tumor recurrence rates and improve their prognosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
