Abstract: Since the implementation of residents' training program in China, many conflicts and problems occurred in the residents' admittance, training, management and human recourses establishment of hospital due to the unit individual identity of residents' source. The article is trying to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the transition of residents' source from unit individual to social individual in the residents' standardized training system.
