Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway nursing management in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospective study was conducted with clinical data of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction, who were treated in the hospital from February 2011 to January 2014. The control group of 60 patients was treated with conventional care management, while the observation group of 60 patients was treated with clinical pathway management measures. Results After the intervention, the MBI score and ESS scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups. The awareness rate of health knowledge and risk factors control rate and other indicators of the observation group were significantly superior to that of the control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The clinical pathway management measures are crucial to patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can not only improve the patient's neurological function and daily living ability, but also help improve the patient's prognosis.
