Abstract: Checkup system is the core working system that clinical nurses should strictly comply in routine work. It is also the foundation of medical care safety and closely related to the improvement of medical risk management as well as patient safety. Nursing quality assessment is the essence of the medical care security and is closely related to improve the medical risk management, to ensure the safety of patients. Nursing quality assessment is an important part to standardize nurses' behavior and improve the quality of care. Establishing quality assessment system on nursing checkup is an important tool and content for the nursing quality evaluation, which is conductive to continual improvement on nursing quality.
