Abstract: Hospital performance assessment and management is the focus of public hospital reform. Public hospital not only need to ensure public welfare, but also to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of medical staffs so as to improve the work efficiency and service quality. With the support of smart information system, a diversified performance assessment and allocation model should be established so that hospital managers could adjust the focus of hospital work.
