Abstract: Objective To discuss the application and effect of all-round nursing management in operation room. Method Conduct all-round nursing management on 120 patients who had surgery in operation room in our hospital and 30 nurses in operation room and then observe the effect. Observe and compare nurses' satisfaction, patients' satisfaction, infection of operative site, preparation of operation items, patient checking up process, patient positioning verification, nursing quality and nursing comprehensive quality before and after the implementation of the management. Results After the implementation, nurses' satisfaction and patients' satisfaction were higher than before with significant difference (P<0.05). Infection of operative site after management was less than before. preparation of operation items, patient checking up process and patient positioning verification were better than before with significant difference (P<0.05). Nursing quality and nursing comprehensive quality were significantly higher than before with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The all-round nursing management mode can not only improve the nurses' satisfaction, but also improve patients' satisfaction. Nursing quality and nursing comprehensive quality have been improved. The application of all-round nursing management in operation room could reduce the errors during operation to a certain extent, thus it is worth further promoting in clinical.
