Abstract: Information technology has become an important assistant to realize hospital fine management. With the establishment of hospital information systems like MIS and CIS, the operations management and clinical diagnosis in hospital are becoming standardized and digitalized. Due to integration between different information systems, data could be shared among all departments in hospital. Based on this, hospital's business statistics provide data support for decision-making by leadership. The application of information technology such as information system, two-dimension code and RFID, not only improves the work efficiency and medical-care quality of medical staffs, but also effectively reduces the medical accidents and refines hospital management.
