Abstract: PDCA cycle concludes four stages, Plan, Do, Check and Action, and it is a scientific program of quality management. Based on the characteristics of PDCA cycle of integrity, big cycle contains small cycles, rise stepwise and extensive application, the paper introduced the using status and achievement of PDCA cycle in Children's hospital of Shanxi Province and claimed their views for PDCA cycle, and aimed to inspire the other hospital managers.
