Abstract: Objective To investigate the status quo and correlation between critical thinking ability and organizational support of clinic nurses from a third class A hospital of Hangzhou province. Methods In total 417 clinic nurses from a third class A hospital of Hangzhou province were included with convenient sampling method and investigated with Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) and Organizational Support Scale. Results Both the scores of critical thinking ability and that of organizational support were low, and there was a positive correlation between critical thinking ability and organizational support. Conclusion The level of critical thinking ability and organizational support for clinic nurses in this hospital was not high, therefore managers should take some effective measures to improve clinical nurses' organizational support and then to promote their critical thinking.
