Discussion on Motivation for Hospital Staffs and its Countermeasures

Abstract: Motivation is an important means for human resource management. Through the construction of incentive mechanism, enthusiasm and creativity of staffs can be mobilized, forming good cohesion and solidarity. This article conducted a comprehensive analysis and discussed the problems of incentive mechanism based on the fact that current hospital employee incentive mechanism lacked strategic planning with more attention on material incentives than mental stimulation and neglected the hospital cultural construction. With these efforts, this article proposed improvement strategies on strengthening the hospital staff motivation regarding the implementation of target incentive, reasonable payment design and concerns on employees' growth and development.
