Abstract: This paper established the simulation model according to the wing-sail slewing hydraulic system based on AMESim. For the com-mon malfunctions in hydraulic system, it analyzed the malfunctions in the model respectively and obtained the operating parameters of hy-draulic system. Which laid a foundation for the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system, and provides a reference for the fault analysis of other hydraulic systems.
