Abstract: In this paper, combining with specific production,combining the numerical simulation analysis and the theoretical analysis to re-search the load sensitive multi-way valve’s channel’s flow field in a hydraulic excavator. Based on the pressure field,finding out the struc-ture defects,then the structure is optimized,to improve its flow characteristic and the resistance obstructive,reduce static pressure in the valve and ,the Valve port’s air pockets,to satisfy the requirement of the host control.
