Abstract: Introduce the functions and features of servo proportional valve for hydraulic system, analyzed and compared for several common digital control chip of proportional valve, using the LPC1112 ARM core-based processor and TLE7242 ,make the design of hardware circuit and conduct driver software, to complete digital control and precise control of the proportional solenoid, and further improve the intelligence of the hydraulic system.
