Abstract: The hydraulic cylinder is an important part of the hydraulic system, is one of the main actuator.Because of its simple structure、re-liable work, in the modernization of large mechanical systems are widely used.As for hydraulic cylinder, its quality directly influences the working efficiency of the machine. At the same time,internal leakage is the most outstanding quality problem, still has not been satisfactori-ly resolved.This paper aimed at the hydraulic cylinder internal leakage problems, from leakage reasons and the theoretical calculation ,com-bined gap piston seal structure, analysis and research, and put forward the corresponding measures.The train of thought and method for anal-ysis of other types of seal structure of hydraulic cylinder to provide a reference, but also for the clearance of hydraulic cylinder design and the actual use of a reference.
