Abstract: Flexible management is a new management model. With the backdrop of advocating "people-oriented services", more flexible management can meet the needs of the harmonious development of society. This article analyzed the current composition and stress of the of outpatient nurses; discussed the application of flexible management with the practice from psychological health management, model management, self-management and good environment starting from two features of flexible management, i.e."human nature" and "human feeling"; analyzed the implementation results and look into the future perspectives.
