Abstract: CPC hospital grass-roots branches are major undertakers of hospital ideological and political work. They are the executor of CPC principles and policies in grass-roots hospital, who are the important organization guarantee for the stability and development of hospital. Establishing an effective grass-roots CPC branch assessment system under the guidance of Drucker's management theory is an important measure to scientifically evaluate and effectively ensure the achievement of task objective of CPC hospital branches. It is also a powerful impetus to innovate CPC grass-roots branches' work methods and approaches and deepen their work. With these efforts, it is hoped to bring new challenges and inject new vitality to CPC hospital grass-roots branches.
