Abstract: Under the new circumstances, executive ability of hospital middle-level cadres decide the hospital organization executive efficiency. It is very important to conduct hospital middle-level cadre training based on the execution ability. This paper intended to use the execution theory to construct hospital middle-level cadres execution model and carry out training demand analysis from three aspects, namely, organization, task and individual so as to lay a foundation for the construction of hospital middle-level cadre training system.
