Abstract: Through literature review and analysis, we found the demission of medical workers in hospitals in China has been increasing in recent years, which has also aroused many scholars' attention. Medical workers' demission, especially those excellent ones', largely hindered hospitals' long-term development. This paper will conduct a systematic review on the definition of demission, current situation of medical workers' demission, its influencing factors and corresponding management strategy and then point out the deficiency of current researches and research direction in future.
