Abstract: Building young medical staffs' professionalism is conductive to improving the quality of healthcare team and strengthening the awareness of working for people's health heart and soul, which is significant for achieving the objective of health system reform. This paper analyzed the strengths and weakness of professionalism training on young medical staffs from the perspective of internal causes and analyzed the opportunities and threats from the perspective of external causes so as to discuss effective ways of conducting professionalism training on medical staffs.
