Abstract: This article analyzed the problems existing in the allocation and management of large medical equipment including growth with blowout, unreasonable allocation and structure layout, low overall utilization efficiency and the rapid increase of health expenditure, and proposed policy suggestions from 5 aspects of strengthening government's macro-management to make scientific allocation plan, taking a variety of measures to improve related policies, making regional inclination to improve the equipment allocation fairness, developing new methods of assessing large equipment allocation to strengthen the supervision of utilization, and carrying on the health technology assessment to guide the scientific management of large equipments.
