Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different medical professionals in anesthesia work, the importance of communication and coordination between the anesthetist and surgeons and nurses for the safety of anesthesia was elaborated;the effective way to enhance the cooperation among the anesthetist, surgeons and nurses when conducting the surgery was explored and the countermeasures to improve the collaboration was put forward.
