Abstract: This article showed the necessity and urgency of hospital culture construction and analyzed common problems of hospital culture building. Behavior culture, institutional culture, spirit culture, environment culture, technological cultural and innovation cultural of our hospital would be elaborate. Combing the practice of hospital culture construction, further strengthening was put forward to achieve harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promote hospital core competitiveness.
