Abstract: The fund shortage for public hospital has seriously restricted the development of hospitals in the current medical environment. How to disperse the financial pressure, raise sufficient funds and reduce the cost of capital has become the focus of the financial management of the hospital. In this paper, the problems in public hospital financing management were analyzed and potential financing mode was put forward. The hospital should make scientific decision on the financing and select the optimal financing scheme based on the actual situation.
