Analysis of QCC's Application in"Improving the Accuracy and Integrity of the Front Page of Medical Records"

Abstract: Objective To study the application of QCC in improving the accuracy and integrity of the front pages of medical records so as to provide reference to hospital management and medical safety. Methods The activity theme of"improve the accuracy and integrity of home pages of medical records"QCC was selected, causal analysis was conducted based on which, corresponding measures was put forward and carried out. Both tangible and intangible results were evaluated to find out the differences before and after the implementation. Result After implementing, the total incidence (2.09%) of omitting, unnormalization or inaccuracy in the front pages of medical records basic situation, disease diagnosis, surgical operation and other (17, 15, 10, 3) became significantly lower than before;and the total score (37.51±11.32) of team cohesion, responsibility, career passion, cooperation, communication, problem solving skills, quality management techniques and group harmony was significantly higher than before. Conclusion QCC is conducive to improving the accuracy and integrity of front pages of medical record, strengthening medical staff team spirit and management ability.
