Abstract: Enhancing budget management is conductive to optimizing allocation of resources, improving capital usage efficiency. The latest Hospital Financial Regulations requires more for budget management of public hospitals. This paper discussed the significance of conducting budget management by combining our hospital's practice. Based on current problems in hospital budget management, suggestions for improvement would be put forward.
