Abstract: This paper finds that there are three safety risks in the surgical instrument inventory process through searching the risks of medical safety. To ensure the safety of surgical care and effectively avoid the adverse events, this paper discusses how to take on active nursing strategies and develop and implement appropriate improvement plans.
