Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing risk management in ICU. Methods 80 patients admitted to Zhe Jiang Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. Patients received routine nursing in the control group and nursing risk management in the experiment group, and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effect and overall satisfaction level in experiment group were better than that of the control group;the average length of stay in experiment group was shorter compared with the control group. Nursing skill proficiency, record writing normalization level, service attitude, communication ability, responsibility and emergency response ability were better than in the experiment group. Conclusion The nursing risk management for ICU with high disease incidence and complicated disease type is quite effective and worthy of generalization.
