Abstract: Objective To apply medical safety management and early warning system to improve hospital medical safety information management, study hospital medical safety (adverse) events and risk factors for medical complaints and law dispute, control and reduce the incidence of medical complaints controversy. Method Medical security management software was developed for the municipal hospital to monitor, collect, analyze, browse, query the inpatient medical safety (adverse) events and controversial medical complaints data with which to make a dynamic monitoring chart. Results This software can be used within the hospital to collect a large number of medical safety (adverse) events, complaints and medical disputes data to establish medical safety management network on both hospital and department levels, make an objective assessment of the situation, warn the medical and management staff to promptly take the necessary measures to put it in its cradle by setting different medical controversy warning value. Conclusions Hospital medical safety management and early warning system software is a medical quality control system to improve the quality of care, ensure health security, improve the doctor-patient relationship and avoid hospital crises.
