Abstract: Objective Discuss the effects of nursing management interventions on the quality of intravenous infusion. Method 136 cases of patients with intravenous infusion from August 2013 to August 2014 and their corresponding nurses were selected as research objects, of which 68 patients and corresponding nurses from August 2013 to February 2014 without management interventions were taken as the control group while 68 patients and corresponding nurses from February 2014 to August 2014 with management interventions were taken as the treatment group. Compared nursing management effect between the above two groups. Results After conducting nursing management interventions, the success rate of puncture at the first time and patient satisfaction for patients in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group with statistically significant difference. Furthermore, the speed of dosing rate of nurses at all levels in treatment group was significantly higher than control group with statistically significant difference. Conclusion Nursing management interventions plays an important role of improving the quality of intravenous infusion and is conductive to increasing the success rate of puncture at the first time and nurses' dosing speed, which in turn improves patient satisfaction on their infusion nursest.
