Abstract: Objective To strengthen the hospital pharmacy management, reduce medication errors and promote the rational drug use. Method Based on the analysis of medication errors and its causes, measures was proposed to strengthen the hospital pharmacy management and reduce the medication errors. Conclusions Improving management system and establishing an effective medication safety system can reduce the incidence of medication errors and improve patient medication safety.
