Abstract: 该文基于CFD技术,利用动网格模型,同时采用标准k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法,运用CFD软件FLUENT对新型节流芯轴式液气缓冲器进行几何建模、数值模拟和可视化研究,分析模型关键部位的流场特性,得到内部流场压力和速度分布特性以及缓冲特性曲线,分别对不同缓冲间隙,节流芯轴形状和冲击速度进行仿真实验,获得各参数对液气缓冲器缓冲特性的影响,为新型液气缓冲器关键部位参数的确定和内部结构的优化提供了参考依据.同时将仿真结果与试验进行对比分析,结果表明采用CFD方法对缓冲器流场进行仿真分析是可行的.
