Abstract: 通过理论研究,分析了磨料水射流去除材料机理及其影响因素.采用正交设计法,进行铝合金切割试验.以切割断面的表面粗糙度值为研究对象,对测得的试验数据进行极差分析.分析结果显示,射流压力、切割速度和磨料流量对切口表面粗糙度的影响较大;靶距和磨料粒子的尺寸对切口表面粗糙度的影响次之.用回归分析方法,建立了磨料水射流切割铝合金材料的表面粗糙度模型.通过试验验证,模型的误差在1.98%~5.14%之间.
