Abstract: The proportion of personnel under contract in hospital is increasing and their contribution to hospital become more significant. However, the salary administration of personnel under contract in different hospitals are different. This paper studied and analyzed the post distribution and salary of personnel under contract in big general public hospitals and proposed a salary system for these personnel based on post nature and post competency.
