Abstract: Health system reform entered a new stage with the development of the society. Many reform measures have been taken, such as governance structure, abolishing drugs addition, promoting medical fees, implementing global budget of medical insurance, all of which aims to ensure the public welfare of public hospitals in current complex context and achieve their sustainable development. In this process, financial management and management decision based on financial data play an important role in hospital decision. This paper will discuss the significance of financial management in hospital development.
